My painting, "Day's End" is currently hanging in the Art League of Hilton Head's 2009 National Juried Art Show in Hilton Head, South Carolina. As an emerging artist, it is a great honor and thrill for my work to have been accepted into this wonderful show. The National Juried Show is a prestigious exhibition held annually with entries from all 50 states and Canada. The show is located in the Walter Greer Gallery in The Arts Center of Coastal Carolina and runs through May 24th.

"Buzz Around Town" Public Art Exhibition

"Buzz Around Town", a public art exhibition, is currently on display on the campus of Georgia Tech here in Atlanta. Twenty-five fiberglass forms of Buzz, the GT mascot, have been designed by area artists to be auctioned at a later date to raise funds for charity.

As an '82 graduate of Georgia Tech I was very pleased to learn I had been selected as one of the artists paired with a campus sponsor. My sponsor, GT HEROs (Hearts Everywhere Reaching Out), chose to celebrate the pride of GT Basketball team......and so the "Slam Dunk Buzz" was created.

He currently sits at the entrance to the campus athletic center and has drawn rave reviews. At this writing some thugs stole the trumpet under Buzz's arm. Fortunately photos had already been taken.
